Los refugios temporales son espacios que podr<\/span>\u00e1<\/span>n recibir a mujeres en situaci\u00f3n de violencia que necesiten permanencia transitoria por la violencia de que son v<\/span>\u00ed<\/span>ctimas, por un tiempo m<\/span>\u00e1ximo de 24 horas. <\/span><\/p><\/div>

Se recurre al Refugio Temporal porque la agresi\u00f3n sucede en altas horas de la noche o se dan otros factores que imposibilita que la mujer v<\/span>\u00ed<\/span>ctima de violencia pueda acceder al domicilio de familiares o amistades que puedan brindarle apoyo. <\/span><\/p><\/div>

Los Refugios Temporales son espacios de protecci\u00f3n y emergencia para evitar que continu<\/span>\u00e9 <\/span>la violencia o se incremente generando incluso delitos m<\/span>\u00e1<\/span>s graves, como el feminicidio. <\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

El SLIM, la FELCV u otra instituci\u00f3n promotora de la denuncia a la que acuda la mujer v<\/span>\u00ed<\/span>ctima de violencia. La instituci\u00f3n debe valorar el riesgo y ofrecer el Refugio Temporal, lo solicite o no la v<\/span>\u00edctima.<\/span><\/p><\/div>

El refugio otorgado a la mujer en situaci\u00f3n de violencia alcanza a sus hijas\/ os y otras personas bajo su dependencia que se encuentren en condici\u00f3n de riesgo. <\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
