    De acuerdo a informe de ejecuci\u00f3n presupuestaria en la apertura program\u00e1tica 25.00.00.060 SERVICIOS LEGALES INTEGRALES MUNICIPALES informo a su autoridad que la misma no fue ejecutada en su totalidad por las siguientes razones:<\/p>

    1. Limitada informaci\u00f3n del presupuesto asignado<\/li><\/ol>
      1. Proceso de transici\u00f3n que no permiti\u00f3 optimizar el desempe\u00f1o de la unidad<\/li><\/ol>
        1. Otras causas o acciones que limitaron la ejecuci\u00f3n\u2026<\/li><\/ol>

          ACTIVIDADES PARA EL SIGUIENTE PERIODO<\/p>

          Realizar gestiones para lograr que se coloque en devengado las compra de :\u2026.<\/p>

          Coordinar con la unidad de administraci\u00f3n y\/o planificaci\u00f3n para que se inicie la construcci\u00f3n o arreglo de \u2026\u2026 \u2026\u2026. en la presente gesti\u00f3n<\/p>

          AMENAZAS:<\/p>

          El primer principio de la transparencia es la planificaci\u00f3n de acuerdo a nuestra normativa Nacional, la disposici\u00f3n del DS 2145 que reglamenta la Ley 348 impone la utilizaci\u00f3n de un recurso especial para la lucha contra la violencia, adem\u00e1s de que las directrices presupuestarias se\u00f1alan la Asignaci\u00f3n de Recursos para Equidad de G\u00e9nero a los Gobiernos Aut\u00f3nomos Municipales para promover y desarrollar el Programa Integral para el Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico-Productivo y Empleo para las Mujeres; en este marco el desvi\u00f3 de estos recursos o la no utilizaci\u00f3n se considerara como un incumplimiento a los deberes impuestos y por tanto es pasible a un proceso administrativo<\/p>
